Zatarain's® Caribbean Shrimp



Need dinner in a hurry? Add shrimp to Zatarain's® Caribbean Rice Mix and you have a quick and easy meal.



Makes 6 (1-cup) servings.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes


Ingredients

2 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package ZATARAIN'S® Caribbean Rice Mix
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions

1. Bring water and oil to boil in large skillet on high heat. Stir in Rice Mix; return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes.

2. Stir in shrimp; mix well. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink and rice is tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
