INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Bring water and tomatoes to boil in large saucepan. Add Rice Mix, onion, bell pepper and carrot; mix well. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes
  • 2 Stir in broccoli and zucchini; mix well. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer or until rice and vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions
