Serve this all-time favorite with typical taco toppings, or include chopped avocado, sour cream and chopped cilantro as well.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

3 cups water
|
|
1 package ZATARAIN'S® Red Beans and Rice
|
|
1 teaspoon ground cumin
|
|
24 taco shells
|
|
Assorted toppings, such as shredded lettuce, shredded Cheddar cheese and salsa (optional)

Directions
1. Cook ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain fat; set aside.
2. Pour water into same skillet; bring to boil. Stir in Rice Mix and cumin; return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
3. Spoon rice mixture into warmed taco shells. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
