1. Sprinkle Creole Seasoning evenly on fish, pressing into both sides. Brush each side with Remoulade Sauce.
2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
3. Grill or broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush with additional Remoulade Sauce, if desired.
