Baked Ham with Creole Mustard Glaze
This baked ham with a spicy-sweet glaze is the perfect recipe for a holiday buffet.

Ingredients

1 cup packed light brown sugar
|

1 cup ZATARAIN'S® Creole Mustard
|
|
1 ready-to-eat ham (about 8 pounds)
|
|
Whole cloves (optional)
|
|
1 can (20 ounces) sliced pineapple, drained (optional)
|
|
Maraschino cherries (optional)
|
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix brown sugar and Creole Mustard in medium bowl; set aside.
2. Place ham in large foil-lined roasting pan. Score top of ham in diamond patten. Place whole cloves in centers and points of diamonds. Arrange sliced pineapple and cherries on top of ham.
3. Bake 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally with mustard mixture during last 1/2 hour. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
