The same light corn base as Wonderful Fish-Fri, but fully seasoned. This delicious coating is perfect for seafood and fried vegetables.
There are other sizes available in local grocery stores; 7142902452 (24oz) and 7142901069 (10oz.).
Tips:
Delicious for frying soft shell crab, frog legs, eggplant,and zucchini. For chicken fried steak and veal cutlets, dip tenderized meat in lightly beaten mixture of 1 egg and 1/2 cup milk, roll moistened meat in Fish-Fri and fry in oil 350˚ F until golden brown.
